Privacy
We collect only the data a product or project needs. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Each product's privacy page lists exactly what it collects.
Security
Data we handle is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it. Client data is kept separate from our own products and is handled under each engagement's agreement. Payments in our apps go through Apple, and we never see payment details.
Responsible AI
- We tell people when they are interacting with AI.
- We test AI features against defined measures before release.
- We do not train models on client data unless a client agrees to it in writing.
Accessibility
Our products and this site are designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA where it applies, including support for VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion.
